Aim:

- Causes and Prevention of Back Injury:
- Identifying common causes of musculoskeletal injuries in the workplace and strategies to prevent them through safe handling practices.
- Risk Assessment:
- Step-by-step guide on conducting risk assessments, using the TILE (Task, Individual, Load, Environment) methodology to ensure safe systems of work.
- Principles of Safe Handling:
- Techniques for lifting, carrying, and transferring patients and objects safely to minimize the risk of injury.
