The Recruitment Process

Initial Stage
  • Employer instructs CloudCare about their requirements for healthcare professionals
  • CloudCare vets candidates for interview

Interview Stage
  • HR informs the relevant manager/interview panel to conduct interview
  • CloudCare administrator arranges interview with the designated person at the home and within HR department

Pre arrival stage
  • Successful candidates are sent a conditional offer letter and the application pack via CloudCare or direct to candidates as preferred by employer. Normally within 5 working days to secure candidate

  • Reference checks can be carried out by CloudCare if preferred in line with employer company policy

  • After receiving satisfactory reference, the Certificate of Sponsorship (Cos) will be issued by the employer. CloudCare will provide simple guidance and general advice on the visa application. For candidates that need step-by-step guidance on the visa application process and full support with the application form and visa submission, there will be an additional extra cost payable for this service.

Arrival to the UK
  • CloudCare will engage with the employer and arrange pre arrival logistics as per the job offer in conjunction with employer to ensure the process is smooth

  • CloudCare will provide a welcome pack to candidates and a proposed plan for OSCE training (CBT /OSCE training is included in the fee CloudCare charges as per contract)

OSCE Stage
  • After 4 to 6 weeks of acclimatisation within the organisation, CloudCare will meet the candidates and the home manager/interview panel to arrange for OSCE training dates and also review potential booking of OSCE exam dates

  • OSCE training will be conducted by CloudCare. The duration of training is one week

  • Candidates appear for their OSCE exam

  • On successful completion of OSCE, candidates will obtain NMC pin (Registered General Nurse)
